Brothers Derek and Adam Anzalone’s mission is to share delicious food inspired straight from our family table for generations. All of the main offerings are hand made by Adam, who has over 25yrs butchering expertise. No preservatives and the best trimmings are combined together to create the amazing burger and sausage flavors. Chicken Parmigiana and the cannoli are also two other items that Adam and Derek (Anzalone) wanted to share with the community. “We want to share our memories and family traditions as food with everyone to make a great experience at the food park.” Pallino Burger was named after the passion for the game of bocce.
